    Week of March 16-20

     

    Reading

    *Read for one hour per day. Write, at least, 4 to 5 sentences summarizing what you read.

    *Scholastic News – Read the Scholastic News and do the questions on page 8.

     

    Math

    *10 minutes – Study flashcards

    *10 minutes – Roll dice and write multiplication problems and answers.

    *10 minutes – Dominoes – turn them all face down. Turn them over one at a time and multiply the two numbers.

    *20 minutes – Cards – Play “War” with someone or by yourself. Turn two cards over and multiply the two numbers.

     

    Writing

    *Spelling words – Voyagers Spelling Review – write each word 5 times each.

    *Put the first 10 words into complete sentences. Your sentences must have at least 5 words in each sentence.

    *Put the second 10 words into complete sentences. Each sentence must have 5 words or more.

    *Put the third 10 words into complete sentences. Each sentence must have 5 words or more.

    *Journaling – write at least 5 sentences about what you did each day.

      

    Week of March 23-27

     

    Reading

    *Read for one hour per day. Write, at least, 4 to 5 sentences summarizing what you read.
