Benefit Information

Columbia School offers SEBB (School Employee Benefit Board) benefits to all eligible employees.  Those benefits include:

  • Medical insurance (with a monthly premium paid by employee.  See premium information below) 
  • Dental insurance - a mandatory benefit that is free to employee and family. 
  • Vision insurance - a mandatory benefit that is free to employee and family.  
  • Basic life insurance of $35,000 - a mandatory benefit that is free to employee.  Additional/optional insurance is available at cost to employee.
  • Long-term Disability insurance -  a mandatory benefit that is free to employee.  Additional/optional insurance is available at cost to employee.  
  • Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and Dependent care assistance programs (DCAP) are also available at cost to employee.
